SPINACH SALAD
3 Bags of baby spinach
1 Pint of grape/cherry tomatoes

Hard boiled eggs, cut into fourths
1 Pound cooked, crumbled bacon
12 Oz. Sliced fresh mushrooms
8 Oz. Sunflower seeds (or sliced almonds)
1 Box seasoned croutons
1 Small sliced red onion
1 Can sliced water chestnuts (drained)
1 Package onion or bean sprouts
Combine all ingredients
in a large bowl and toss to mix. Add dressing as
desired. Enjoy!
Dressing:
1 Cup salad/vegetable oil
1/4 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup ketchup
1/4 Cup vinegar
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon pepper
3 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Mix the dressing the
night before and let sit in the refrigerator so the
flavors can blend. |
