48 Hershey Carmel
Kisses (unwrapped)
1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
2 tablespoons butterscotch flavored sundae
topping
1 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons butter flavoring
2 eggs
3 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sugar
Preheat oven to
350 degrees
Beat butter,
butterscotch flavor, brown sugar and butter
flavoring until blended, add eggs, beat well.
Mix flour and salt together and gradually add to
the butter mixture until blended.
Let dough rest 30 minutes.
Roll 1 teaspoon dough into a ball (make them as
big or small as you like).
Place on non-greased cookie sheet (cookies do
not spread but will expand when you press the
kiss into them).
Bake 10-11 minutes until set.
Remove from oven and press kiss in center of
cookie.
Let cool on wire rack.
Wrap in pink or red cellophane and tie with a
ribbon for an extra special loving touch! |
